The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a Gothic church. The hotel offered great croissants and pastries to start the morning with. The staff was really helpful and attentive and we definitely coming here again.

The location here is just gorgeous, only a 5-minute walk away from town. It's situated in a peaceful area with the soothing sound of fountains nearby and a beautiful Manor House 🌿.

Poor internet speed. Hard mattresses. Church bell nearby that rings every 15 minutes from 7 AM - 10 PM. No hot foods at breakfast.

Very comfortable accommodation throughout. Changed room after first night, not sure if top floor rooms are haunted. Felt distinctly uneasy due to the presence of someone/something in the room during the night!! Otherwise very pleasant stay, would revisit this hotel providing rooms in the new wing were available.

Great location! It's right by the town center, so you've got everything you need nearby. Plus, you can enjoy the relaxing sound of gentle fountains nearby. And don't forget, you're just a stone's throw away from the monastery 🏰.

We were very warmly welcomed. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. The atmosphere in the breakfast room is relaxing and serene makes you feel good to start the day. The rates are definitely excellent value for money.

The was wonderful as was the bathroom. Very large with very good taste in decorations. The bathroom was hugh.The location is number one if you want to see the Monestary.It is just a couple blocks away.The staff was very helpful. We had a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the center of a charming town with stunning manicured gardens surrounding the property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing exceptional room service and ensuring our every need was met. The rooms themselves were spacious and elegantly decorated, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. And the breakfast.wow! It was a true gourmet experience, with a wide variety of delicious regional cheeses, exotic fruits, and freshly squeezed juice. We felt like royalty dining in such a beautifully set-out breakfast area.

The service was top-notch with attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The bathrooms were excellent, and the breakfast, especially the croissants and pastries, was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed exploring the serene garden above the house. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the center of town where there were excellent restaurants. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel is a great experience. the location is perfect, especially if you’re planning to visit the Alcobaça Monastery, which is just a short walk away. the hotel is also conveniently located close to the town centre and has a magical garden for you to enjoy. the spacious rooms are beautifully decorated and have all the amenities you need for a fantastic vacation. the breakfast is top-notch, with a variety of options that will satisfy all palates.

The billiards table does not have pockets, which may be disappointing for some guests who were looking forward to playing a game.

I had an amazing time in this city. One of the best hotels I stayed at was located in a quiet area which made my stay incredibly peaceful. The hotel staff was very attentive and helped me arrange transportation to get around the city. The hotel itself was very clean and had great facilities. The location of this hotel was perfect as it was either right next to or near the Monastery. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, especially the fruit and cakes.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complementary Christmas treats in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was great, within walking distance of the town center and all the lovely Xmas markets. We also enjoyed the complementary hot cocoa at check-in, it was the perfect warm-up on a cold night.

The heating in the room was not working properly, which made for a very chilly night. We also found the breakfast to be lacking, with few options and limited seating.
